Registration

The registration fee can be paid online before November 10 or onsite during the conference hours. All the conference registration payments will be charged in the currency of New Taiwan dollar.

If your presentation is associated with the research project sponsored by NSTC, Taiwan, please fill in the project number in the registration form in order to be eligible for the discounted conference fare.

Conference Registration Includes

The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, poster sessions, exhibitions, and refreshments.

Banquet

Seat availability is based on a first come first served policy. Participants who would like to attend this event are encouraged to complete registration with full payment as early as possible.

For accompanying persons, the additional banquet fee is NT$1000 per person.

Refund Policy

• Refund request should be made in writing(by email) no later than 10 Nov. 2022.
• A processing fee of NT$900 for each refund will be charged.
• No refunds will be issued after this date.

• OPTIC 2022 is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as weather and venue issues. The OPTIC 2022 Conference organizers have the final say in refund decisions.
